With more than 500 properties purchased and a current portfolio of 100 rental units across North Carolina, Ronnie has built RMBM Inc on a foundation of hands-on experience that few in the industry can match.

What started as a passion for real estate has grown into a career defined by solving property problems for hundreds of homeowners. Whether it's a frustrated landlord dealing with problem tenants, a family navigating an inherited property, or an owner facing code violations, Ronnie has seen it all and knows how to create a path forward that works for everyone involved.

But Ronnie isn't slowing down. With an ambitious goal of growing to 1,000 units in the next one to three years, he's scaling RMBM Inc to serve even more property owners and investors across the region.
